It looks like I wouldn’t be able to use the MiraMate with my insulin pump, or with the implanted continuous glucose monitor I wear on my side. Do you know if there are any work-arounds, such as metal shielding that can be placed over these devices to protect them (and the person)?

Your ideas would work but it is still risky. Conductive fabric does not block all magnetic fields.

Newer Has anyone had success with a power bank brand in Australia? My MiniMagic also turns off after a few minutes using a power bank. I will go back to rechargeable batteries.
Older That “upper body shield” was all metal, not fabric, so it should be at least partially effective against magnetic fields, so there is an issue with magnetic fields and some medical devices, but there isn’t the issue with Spooky and these medical devices?
